Refund policy

All Sales are Final

All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be given. However, if for some reason there is an issue with your order, please send an email to kris@coupeshoppe.com within 48 hours of delivery and I'll do my best to help.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or otherwise change your order, please send an email to kris@coupeshoppe.com within 15 minutes of completing the order. Once production starts the order cannot be cancelled and all sales are final.

Colors

Actual colors may vary, this is due to the variety of monitor settings and variations in paint textures/finishes that I use in my art. All photos are intended to show the product as it appears in person, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. I cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Please feel free to send an email to kris@coupeshoppe.com if you have any questions about color before making your purchase.

Import Taxes and VAT

International customers are responsible for any required import taxes, fees, or VAT.
